Let not the darkness dissuade you but use it as a mirror to provide the contrast you wish to see. All is not lost. It is just waiting for the light to bring it forth, like a seed from the earth. All things evolve and change and so will this time too. Keep the light alive. Its time will come.

Think for yourself. Clear your mind of its incessant chatter that tells you this and that and listen to your heart for a new and different perspective. Communicate heart-to-heart with the stars for new words of wisdom, to the moon for knowledge, to the universe for direction. Feel your feet upon the ground and know that you exist in body as much as in spirit and yet let your spirit do your thinking now, for the spirit sees things you cannot imagine. With heart-centeredness let each day unfold in a new way now. Sometimes all it takes is a shift in a new direction, but shore that up with a new way of thinking too. Let the heart speak.

Life offers so many options, so many choices, so many decisions to make, but really there is only one path, a path with heart, the path where the heart leads, the path that feels so right that there is no doubt that it is the only path to take. Upon a path with heart, options, choices, and decisions are easily determined by asking the heart to guide, for the heart already knows its path with heart, every step of the way. And a warrior knows to trust it, for a warrior knows that a path with heart is the path of fulfillment, not just full of promise but promising, not just hopeful but full of hope, not just possible but full of possibilities that are aligned with every heart-centered step. Rather than strive to go too high, seeking what is clearly out of reach, seek to stay grounded in what is. Bring to you what you seek in small ways, in small steps, in small amounts that are tenable, doable, affordable, logical, and fully graspable. In groundedness comes balance and that is, above all, what you truly seek, to remain grounded in the truth, in what your body and spirit can bear, and in what your heart knows is truly right. Too much of even a good thing is still too much.
