Remain attached to the messages from the heart, the truths that love, kindness, compassion, respect and honesty are the tickets to finding the way to inner peace and calmness, as well as peace and calmness in the world you live in. There is no truth in dishonesty, disrespect, hatred, fear, and divisiveness. The heart seeks to unify not destroy. The heart brings people together with love as its healing medicine, with kindness as its energy of choice, with compassion for all beings as its homegrown message. Let the soft healing heart not the hard head full of strange ideas guide you now, as the world makes a radical shift to correct that which needs correction. Remain heart centered and loving in these times of great need, and for all of your days as well.

When the spirit is far removed from the body, unknown and unacknowledged, there is no connection to the true reality of the duality of the human self. When spirit lies at a disconnect from the body, the ego, the narcissistic self rules and thus pain and suffering will ensue. Without spirit the simplest and most basic necessities of loving kindness and compassion will also be at a distance. But an individual can bring them back to life through concerted effort to reconnect body self and spirit self. Begin with the breath of life, stirring the heart awake so that the body may feel its own heart beating and know it as more than just biological, for the heart is the connection to spirit, to Soul, to all that is. Find that connection and all will be well again, within and without.

Stand your ground. Find your firmness within and without, and with patience stand in your knowing of what is right for all. The time has come when there is no return to what once was, for it was not conducive to peace and harmony. There is only time to take things to a new level, to dream a new dream of equality, sharing, respect and mutual responsibility for that new dream. Not just a dream but a dream reality is needed, that which is right, doable, and sustainable, a dream based on loving kindness and compassion as its basic tenets and foundation. Time to really change things up for the good of all. Begin within, square with the truth of what’s truly right there, and then work without, for each person must make the change within themselves in order for a new dream of real change to take place. As within, so without.

Dream a new dream. If every person dreamed a new dream, a new dream would manifest. If every person understood the direction that the Great Mother is heading and got in alignment with her, a new dream for the human race would manifest. It doesn’t take much to understand what’s happening. It’s called change, and the sooner it is grasped and aligned with the sooner the pain and suffering will cease. Time to dream that new collective dream for one and all, for no one will be left out this time. The Great Mother, who is loving kindness and compassion, as well as the most powerful change agent, is making sure of that.
