Return to groundedness each morning from the night’s escapades, from the dreaming darkness to the morning light of a new day. Find your feet again. Set your intent again. And begin anew with certainty that your life and your path matter. Find your spirit and tap into it for what you need, beyond the world and bound to the world that you are. Keep physical self and energetic self in harmony, for that is your goal each day, to be in harmony within the self, the whole self. Begin there.

Rather than strive to go too high, seeking what is clearly out of reach, seek to stay grounded in what is. Bring to you what you seek in small ways, in small steps, in small amounts that are tenable, doable, affordable, logical, and fully graspable. In groundedness comes balance and that is, above all, what you truly seek, to remain grounded in the truth, in what your body and spirit can bear, and in what your heart knows is truly right. Too much of even a good thing is still too much.

Remember to stay physically grounded. Look at your feet to remind yourself to do this, feeling the earth beneath you, feeling yourself in your body. Maintain body awareness for health and vitality, taking care of yourself so that your inner energy is maintained along with your looks that you care so much about, along with your clothes that you keep so nice, along with your hair that you groom. What is inside, and how well kept all that you cannot see is, is just as important as all that you see and present on the outside. Staying grounded by looking at your feet will remind you of how you feel on the inside. It will remind you to make adjustments, to make right what is not right so that you are vitally alive and well, within and without, from the feet up!

Chuck’s Place: Right Attitude

Waking up to the news of the world today, the synchronicity that presented itself was this quote from THE MOTHER.*

“If, in the presence of circumstances that are about to take place, you can take the highest attitude possible—that is, if you put your consciousness in contact with the highest consciousness within reach, you can be absolutely sure that in that case it is the best that can happen to you. But as soon as you fall from this consciousness into a lower state, then it is evidently not the best that can happen, for the simple reason that you are not in your very best consciousness. I even go so far as to affirm that in the zone of immediate influence of each one, the right attitude not only has the power to turn every circumstance to advantage but can change the circumstance itself. For instance, when a man comes to kill you, if you remain in the ordinary consciousness and get frightened out of your wits, he will most probably succeed in doing what he came for; if you rise a little higher and though full of fear call for the divine help he may just miss you, doing you a slight injury; if, however, you have the right attitude and the full consciousness of the divine presence everywhere around you, he will not be able to lift even a finger against you…”

“I have had innumerable examples of the power of right attitude. I have seen crowds saved from catastrophes by one single person keeping the right attitude. But it must be an attitude that does not remain somewhere very high and leaves the body to its usual reactions. If you remain high up like that, saying, ‘Let God’s will be done,’ you may get killed all the same. For your body may be quite undivine, shivering with fear: the thing is to hold the true consciousness in the body itself and not have the least fear and be full of the divine peace. Then indeed there is no danger. Not only can attacks of men be warded off, but beasts also and even the elements can be affected.”

Be so empowered,

Chuck & Jan

Ground yourself. Even as you seek connection with spirit, even as you seek to explore your dreaming body, stay connected to the earth. In-body you reside during this lifetime and it is in-body that your lessons are learned. Stay grounded and take command of your lessons so that your dream journeys may make sense as complements to your in-body experiences and then all parts, body and spirit, will be in synch, working to advance that which is most meaningful: YOU! Stay grounded so that you get it right this time around, and so that when your spirit soars it will know what its doing and why, lessons completed.
