Stay grounded in what is right. Though you may be pulled to listen to opinions that you know are not centered in the heart stay rooted in moral ground that is nurturing, caring and considerate of others. Be and act as you wish to be treated. Ground yourself in loving kindness and your light of love will shine brightly. Stay on a path of heart and compassion no matter what is happening outside of you. Let your light shine and keep love in your heart.

Like a tree be still and grounded, yet grow and flourish where you stand. Find your roots where they are planted, whether in hot desert or cool mountaintop, and know that this is where you belong. Do not regret where your seed landed but embrace your place upon the earth, for it is yours to own, the air yours to breathe, the soil yours to find nurturance from. Grow from where you are, both up and down, in and out, so that you may reach your depths and your heights. In your own unique situation find all you need.

Soulbyte for Wednesday November 1, 2017

Get grounded and stay grounded no matter how bad the world gets, no matter how sad the world gets, no matter how absurd the world gets. Bring spirit fully into body and live grounded in knowing the self as fully spirit-in-body, as fully whole and alive, as fully sane and capable of right decision making and right action, for the world needs grounded people now to keep an even keel, to clear away the fog of illusion, to steady the course and sail in a new direction with goodness of heart, kindness of hand, and compassion of word and deed. Even if you only do this in your own little world you are doing what is needed, and that is good. Take care of yourself. Stay grounded in yourself and keep your spirit alive. Know who you are and why you are there: to accomplish even the smallest of good. That is a fine life indeed!
