When change arrives unexpectedly accept it and align with its intent, the intent of evolution. Sometimes it’s easy to accept change, at other times more difficult to do so. No matter the circumstances, when change happens there is no going back. The only recourse is to move forward in the direction change indicates. When change comes it brings with it a new imperative to take a new course and where it leads is where life goes next. Rather than resist change, learn to embrace it and go with the flow. It will make life so much easier.

Speak the truth, learn the truth, know that the truth is what matters, within and without. To hold silent when the truth will heal is neglectful. To avoid the truth is dangerous. To prevent the truth from being known is devious. In times of trial and tribulation the truth must rule for the needed changes to prevail. Within the self know the truth so that your personal life, actions and thoughts may be guided by and based in truth. In this manner, so will you prevail through all your own trials and tribulations and good will return to rule.

Seek balance each day in all you do. Breathe. Let nature show you what balance looks like, feels like, smells like and sounds like. Sometimes it rains all day and night and sometimes it’s a sunny day and the night sky is filled with stars. Both of those days are in perfect balance with what is. Let balance within reflect balance without. Let what is, no matter its form, dictate the balance for the moment and in each moment find perfection, grace and peace. In each moment breathe. That’s balance.
