Respect and appreciate all aspects of the self, just as you seek to respect and appreciate all aspects of others, for everyone contributes something to the mix—everyone is a teacher and everyone has the possibility to evolve, even the seemingly least likely. It is the law of karma that each being has work to do in a lifetime related to the growth of the spirit. Help the self find the means to spiritually grow and evolve and allow others to do the same. Spiritual growth and evolution are the greatest gifts you could give yourself and the greatest gifts you could allow others access to as well, even those who appear to be the least spiritual, for indeed, that is the goal of all beings now in physical form. Respect and appreciate all of that and let love guide the way.

Ask for help and it will be received. Ask for guidance and it will be given. Ask to be shown the way and it will be shown. What’s your next step? Let the universe point it out. Let nature be your guide. Have patience. Wait. Your guidance may come in unexpected ways, so be on the alert. Be open. Have faith that you are heard. Trust the response you get. Learn how spirit speaks to you, in its own language, often a language of symbols and signs if not directly in your own language. Learn to read this new language of communication and all will be well. All will be well.

Outside forces may cause uncalled for change but for inner change to take place the forces of the personality must be called into play, intent and discipline being the two most helpful. Intent may be as simple as a statement spoken once and yet with the force of a potent windstorm. Discipline must be enacted and given utmost attention, for that is the real harbinger of change, the ability to be consistent. When time itself suggests change, bring in intent and discipline to pave the way to a new path with heart. And then, see what happens!

With spirit in charge, with love at your center, with kindness in your intent set yourself upon a new path of heart. Whether silently spoken or shouted to the heavens, now is the time.
