Seek balance, within and without, in body and spirit, in what you do and what you think. Limit your thinking. Instead, let spirit lead, let body inform, and let intuition find its rightful place in your life. Set limits on old thoughts and ideas that merely hold you back, that keep you from experiencing life’s fullness, and allow your spirit to guide you forward without the limits of labels and set ideas but with openness to something new. Focus on the idea that you are energy, first and last, and that is who you truly are, and that is what inhabits your body, a vibrant energy being seeking vibrant life within you. Seek balance of this vibrant energy being within the physical self. Get those two right with each other, body and spirit, and all will be well.

Take care of your body; take care of your Self. Find your equilibrium, that perfect balance where you feel right, within and without. This may mean confronting many things you’ve become attached to, things you think you need, things you think are important. But what’s really important? What truly sustains you, body and spirit? What truly gives you pleasure and what feed your spirit’s wishes and joys? Equilibrium comes when everything is in equal measure, everything flows perfectly, and everything feels right. Seek this perfect balance, within and without. Without finding fault, simply intend it. And then let your spirit guide you to what is right for your body and its own health, for your spirit does hold the key to knowing more than you can imagine. Work from within.

Listen closely to your body. It tells you each day how it’s doing, what it needs, and what it doesn’t want. Attend to it as you would someone you love dearly. Give it what you know it needs, based not on hearsay or fad, but only on what it tells you it needs. Your body speaks its own language. Learn how it communicates, paying attention to its methods. Respond with love and caring, and in this manner learn to love it as your human vehicle in this life, as your spirit’s home, complicated and capable of far more than you can imagine. Your body is you, and yet you, as spirit, are far more capable than you can imagine too. Combined, body and spirit, you are quite unique, one of a kind. Remember this duality that you are, but remember also this oneness that you are, and operate always as one loving being, within and without. For that is what you truly are capable of, loving unconditionally, without judgment, self and other, simply because you can. What else really matters?

Take care of your body so it can take care of you. Connect with your spirit so it can connect with you. Maintain connection between body and spirit so the two parts of you can stay connected to each other, easing your life, bringing balance, equanimity, steadiness, and concentrated purpose. All parts of you are equally important and valuable. So remember to take care of your whole self, within and without, body and spirit, and let yourself be grounded by this joined version of you, your true wholeness. It’s all in your hands, the seen and the unseen you. Time to take all of you to a new level of integration, awareness, connection, cooperation, and participation. And do it all with loving kindness, of course!

In our audio channeling today we are inspired to stay connected with our spiritual self as we take our spiritual journey through life. If we get in alignment with spirit all bodily, physical issues will get in alignment too. Thus, we will be in alignment with the wishes of our spirit, who is constantly trying to get in touch with us, and the best way to do that is through the body. Are we paying attention?
