Take care of your body so it can take care of you. Connect with your spirit so it can connect with you. Maintain connection between body and spirit so the two parts of you can stay connected to each other, easing your life, bringing balance, equanimity, steadiness, and concentrated purpose. All parts of you are equally important and valuable. So remember to take care of your whole self, within and without, body and spirit, and let yourself be grounded by this joined version of you, your true wholeness. It’s all in your hands, the seen and the unseen you. Time to take all of you to a new level of integration, awareness, connection, cooperation, and participation. And do it all with loving kindness, of course!

Though there are other strains of public outcry, remain loving and compassionate, for it is the good and the honest who will prevail to bring about the corrections that are needed. Stay connected always to your path of heart, for it is the only right way, the heart path way.

A true warrior’s path is always a path of heart. A warrior tracks the signs and synchronicities, the energy, the telltale leavings of others that reveal what is needed to be known and done. A warrior is always on the alert, aware that everything is in constant motion. A warrior knows that at a moment’s notice a shift might need to be made, and so a warrior is always prepared. Remember that you have already come so far along your own path of heart, that you have done the good work of a warrior. To continue, call upon your warrior self. When you are uncertain, your warrior self knows how to track and navigate, how to take the next step boldly and with certainty, and how to move on when it is time, without attachment, eager for what is to come. Be guided by your inner warrior during times of stress and strife, as well as during times of lull and relaxation. Always be guided by this inner warrior, who is strong and determined but also loving and kind and compassionate. Let your warrior’s heart show you the way along your own path of heart. Your heart really does know the way.

Focus on your heart, for heart-centeredness leads to calmness within, and calmness within leads to calmness without. Self-regulation, by breathing calmly into your own body, and calming it, brings much needed regulation, not only to your own inner environment but it allows for much needed regulation of the environment outside of yourself too. You are part of the greater whole and the part you play has significance to the greater whole. Play your part well by learning the self-regulating technique of inner heart-centered calmness. And with gratitude, teach it to others by doing it every day, in every way. All it takes is one calming breath, and then another, and then another…

Take care of your physical body. As much as you seek to take care of your mental and spiritual self, do not forget that your physical body deserves attention too. It is your vehicle through life, your sailing ship, the body your Soul has selected for you in this lifetime. And so do not forget to tend to it. Mend it with rest and sleep, with good food and nutrition, with time for calmness and peace, as well as work and play. If your body is not in good shape neither is the rest of you. Even a strong spirit will not thrive in a tired and depleted body. If you let your spirit take care of your body, you will naturally be taking care of everything else that you are too, for it knows you better than anyone. It will tell you what is wrong and what is right, how to correct and how to proceed. Listen to your spirit, for it has only your greater good in mind. Give your body its proper place, as home to your spirit, your Soul in this lifetime. Hone its shape, keep it in tiptop form so that your journey is smooth and without incident. For you are both body and spirit, and each is of equal importance and value. Let the inner you decide what’s right for the outer you. And with them in synch, your body will be pleased and your spirit will rejoice.
