When change comes unexpectedly the best course of action is to wholeheartedly embrace it and with a calm heart accept its place in your life. Sometimes new doors open, a new path appears, or a sudden change in direction is necessary. Sometimes survival means doing something you never imagined you could or would do.

All of these opportunities for change are also opportunities to change the self, within and without, and to do so with love, kindness and compassion will make the coming journey that much more meaningful.

Continue on your personal path of heart and positive progress toward the good even though things around you may not appear positive, heartfelt or good. To remain a solid light of positivity and good in a dark and negative world will have an effect, subtle at first, but even one person can change an entire roomful of negative people by speaking the truth in a heartfelt and positive way. It’s never too late to change.

Your true power lies within you, not in the world outside of you. Though you may seek to gain from what the world offers, it will do you little good if you are not able to bring it within and assimilate it within the inner self. An idea remains just an idea unless it is brought inward and allowed to blossom. A spark of the creative will remain but a spark if it is not brought inward and allowed to flourish in some creative output. Use your true inner power to cure the self of all that holds you from your true creative expression and then watch yourself blossom.

Conserve your energy.  Make decisions based on how much energy you have for yourself and how much you are willing to give to others, to other causes, and to that which appears important. How important are you? Gauge your time and your energy so that you are not depleted but renewed and rejuvenated on a daily basis. You will do no good if you do not have energy to support yourself in your daily life, if you give it all away and have no time to renew it. Take good care of yourself, allowing time for rest and rejuvenation. Only then will you safely have time and energy for others.
