Give yourself some personal time today, to sit quietly, to contemplate your life, or to just be in silence. Silence within the mind is often hard to come by, but with practice you can achieve it for a few seconds at a time, and then, building upon that, for a few minutes at a time. The longer you can achieve inner silence the better you will feel. The longer you remain calm, the calmer you will feel when going about your day. The longer you stay heart-centered, thinking loving and kind thoughts, the more loving and kinder you will become. Don’t ever give up on love and kindness, there is still not enough of it going around. Be part of the energetic wave of love and kindness that will provide a much-needed basis upon which your new world will be built. It’s never too late to start, it’s never too late to dream, it’s never too late to enact the change you want to see.

A quiet mind in a quiet body in a quiet space will bring a certain sense of awe; awe that it’s possible to be so quiet, awe that it’s such a natural state, and awe at what happens in such a state. In alignment with quiet not only is the body quiet but the spirit feels wanted and accepted. It will find a way to communicate and guide you in this quiet space within and without. It will become more known and more apparently wise as you let it into your life more often, the quiet voice within. Turn to quietude more often and see what happens.
