Keep your heart alive with hope, strong with intent, and pure and innocent with love. Though the world around you is fraught with turmoil, upheaval, discontent, and in the midst of inevitable change, remain steady within and from a place of love and kindness do good, first within the self and then in the world you live in. When change arrives unexpectedly accept it and align with its intent, the intent of evolution. Sometimes it’s easy to accept change, at other times more difficult to do so.
