Keep  hope on the rise even though all is not yet firmly set. Keep love in your heart even though the end is not in sight. Keep kindness at your fingertips even though there is still plenty to fear. But do not attach to that which you fear or worry about. Keep focused instead on that which you wish and hope for; for love to return as the guiding light, for kindness to reign and compassion to offer its healing balm. All these things are possible. Everything is possible.

Small joys may be discovered no matter the circumstances. A warrior does not have to force joy, for a warrior always has joy in the heart, a secret stash just waiting for the moment of expression. For a warrior knows that all is not lost, ever. A warrior always has hope, a secret stash ready to call forth, for a warrior knows that nothing is ever totally hopeless. A warrior always has a secret stash of gratitude too, for a warrior finds that there is always a reason to express gratitude. And so, a warrior is always joyful, hopeful, and grateful, even when things seem the most dire, for a warrior’s path is always a path with heart, always.

Stay connected to the light even though there may only be darkness. Stay connected to spirit though there may be no sign. Stay connected to love though it may feel absent. Stay connected to hope though it may seem that all is hopeless. This time too shall pass, though it must first play out its hand, the hand that has been dealt. Rest assured that things will eventually change, the light will come, spirit will revive, love will knock at your door, and hope will show its bright face. All things change. Time by its very essence means change, and now is no exception.
