Turn toward the light of love as the true path of heart that all are now meant to traverse, for it is the only path to personal and universal salvation. Things are changing more rapidly than you suspect. It truly is time to get in alignment with a new paradigm that takes precedent over the old ways, especially as regards the oppressed, those left behind to fend for themselves, to scramble alone. Time to bring them forward, to lift them up and let them shine in the light of love, hope, and equality. Time to make matters of the heart matter for all. Those who are oppressed are the most important among you now, for they are showing you the true path of heart, now so important and necessary. Love for one, love for all.

Enact change within yourself by setting your intent to a new position. Shift volitionally on an inward basis. Tell yourself a new story about yourself. Switch from negative inner talk to positive inner talk. Consciously seek a new line of reasoning so that your unconscious self will pick up on it and give you new signals, references, and suggestions. You are a unit under your own control. You have the power within you to change yourself. Once you learn this you can learn the best methods by which to speak and interact with that unit. Begin with the loving kindness you wish to see in the world around you. Begin by being loving and kind to yourself so that the loving kindness you wish for in the world may manifest in a truly powerful way. As within, so without.

On the cusp of change everything  is uncertain, everything is full of potential, everything is possible. Choice matters. Decisions matter. The next step matters. Each day matters as much as the day before mattered. Each moment offers an opportunity to do the right thing. Whether to choose the sword or to choose the path of love may be the biggest decision one can make at this time in human history. Each brings results, one with bloodshed and one with compassion. Both require intent, strength, and commitment, but only one requires kindness to be its guiding force. Let the path of love be the fire that fuels the change, for it will do no harm.

When criticizing others don’t forget to look at the self and find the same criticisms. For that which is in others is also in the self. That which you find unnerving or frightening in the actions, language, or ideas of another lies also within the shadows of the self. For all are the same in the inner world; angel and devil, light and dark, good and evil. This is the universal duality that all suffer. Whether repressed or not, it is present in all beings. Resolution comes in knowing this and deciding which path is the right path of heart. The path of compassion or the path of hate? The path of equanimity or the path of disruption? The path of ego or the path of spirit? In the inner world there is always work to do. As within, so without. Change begins with you.

Let not your fears control you, nor your worries, nor your old habits. Seek freedom from what controls you so that you may be available for what your spirit needs. Learn to face your fears in order to dispel them. Confront your worries and let them go, for they serve no purpose except to confound you. Change your old habits into positive actions in order to evolve. Freedom from fear, worry, and old habits means taking back your power and your energy for use in new ways. Let your spirit take over now. With renewed energy it will happily guide you into new life, as only your spirit knows how.
