Remain upon your path of change no matter what comes along to upend you, to unsettle and catapult you into a new state of awareness. When sudden change occurs it causes a shift, and an abrupt need to rethink best laid plans. Receive whatever comes with a measure of grace and an open heart, aware that this might be the most important moment in your life, a pivotal moment that says now or never. Change comes at appropriate times, so pay attention and proceed with what is right, taking a moment to pause and ask yourself the question, “What’s right?” Listen with your heart. The answer will come.

It is not forgiveness that is needed as you move on in your journey of change but acquiescence to the bigger picture, to acceptance of yourself as part of the whole, which includes you and everything that you’ve done and everything that has been done to you. There are no victims or perpetrators in the bigger picture, there are only actors playing the parts they have been assigned. When you accept your own role in the bigger picture you discover that you were not a pawn but a superb facilitator of that which was and is necessary for your own evolution and the evolution of all those whom played parts in your life’s drama. Well done!

Beyond this day lies a future as of yet unknown. The past lies behind you, known but often forgotten. And the present day lies somewhere in between the known and the unknown. But in true reality all is fully known. All that is done and all that is not yet done, all that is lived and all that is not yet lived is fully known, planned and need only be executed. The process of life is however full of choices, and even predetermined events can change. Every day is full of possibilities and thus available to be lived however you determine. By your attitude and choices you can change everything.

Things are changing all the time but that doesn’t always result in change. Just because change is going on around you doesn’t mean it will effect you. The only way to enact change in your own life is to change yourself. When you change, suddenly everything is different. When you make an effort to be more loving, suddenly the world is more loving too. When you change something in your own life it feels as if the whole world is different. It’s not everyone else around you and everything else in your life that needs to change, it’s you.

Choose your thoughts wisely. Let go of thinking that is negative, demeaning, critical and judgmental, of thoughts that return you to old places of undesirable self harm, self mischief or self defeat. Instead make your thoughts productive. Turn to positive mantras, prayers and creativity. Turn your mind into a productive processor that benefits yourself and the world around you. Turn your brain onto being a delightful creative machine that is enjoyable to engage. In this manner keep the changes rolling!
