Keep a compassionate heart, for self and others, and without denial of truth remain steadfast upon your path of grow and change. It’s so easy to slip back into old habits, even when it’s clear that those old habits are harmful. With the truth known, continually challenge the self to move on now, into the change that is necessary. With forward movement comes greater clarity and greater lessons in how to best proceed, how best to embrace the changes that are being shown to be not only beneficial but absolutely necessary. Life opens new doors each day and each new door is a new gift urging you onward. Embrace all the changes with a compassionate heart, and keep going!

Keep your eye on the ball, on your ultimate goal. Whatever that may be at the moment, there is the greater goal to evolve in the life you are in, so keep that in mind as well. To evolve is to grow spiritually. So find your spirit, that which you are besides your physical self, besides your ego and your brilliant mind. Begin to live more fully from that spirit self, that kind, compassionate and loving self who waits for you each day upon waking and accompanies you each night in sleep and dreaming. That beautiful self seeks you as much as you seek it. Find each other and learn what it means to be at one with each other, how to be kind to self and others, and how to journey forth, hand in hand.

Don’t forget to turn to your heart often during the day, to your heart center, checking in to see how you are doing and to remind yourself to keep an open heart, to remain compassionate, kind and loving toward self and other. If you live a heart-centered life things become easier; anger reduces, pain resolves, habits and patterns of behavior that no longer serve you gradually fall by the wayside. In heart-centeredness find your true path, your true state as a loving yet detached being, fully present and compassionate yet without judgment, jealousy, or ego driven to the point of loss of self and loss of feeling. In heart-centered focus, all that is is finally in balance, and so are you.

There is no one path or one right way to live life in the physical world or to achieve spiritual enlightenment. There are as many paths as there are people, for everyone has within themselves the ability and the uniqueness to find a path that works for them, whether it is an established one or a uniquely personal one. Without judgment, let people find and travel the path that is right for them, that will bring them inner peace and wholeness, that will bring them joy and freedom. No path is without its pains. No path is without its challenges, but if it is a path with heart, a path that resonates deeply with the individual, it is a path well worth traversing. A path with heart is just that, a path full of heart no matter where it winds.

Place faith in yourself. Know that you have the strength within you to both withstand and to fire through any difficulties that arise.
