Our Daily Soulbytes are messages channeled from the energy of each day, from the dreams of the night, and from what the universe declares to be most important in the moment. They are usually posted before 7 AM every weekday.
We hope these Soulbytes offer helpful guidance, but we also encourage all of our readers to feel the energy of each day themselves and to make responsible choices and decisions.
Be careful how you negotiate life, for there are many directions in which to get pulled. But the best direction is inward, toward the light within yourself, where all you need lies waiting to be discovered; your wisdom and your kindness, your love and your compassion. These things are so simple and yet so powerful, for they keep you grounded and in balance, your own light in these times of darkness. Keep your light on!

When in doubt or distress get calm, sit quietly, and ask for guidance. Often guidance will come clearly and with sharp insight and yet at other times it comes slowly and one must plod along until what is right is revealed. What is truly right comes from the heart not the head, and so it is the heart that must be relied upon in times of doubt and distress. Turn to your own heart and let it guide you with its intelligence, its insight, and its compassion, and without a doubt it will, for that is what a heart does—it knows and it speaks the truth!
