Remain heart centered and nonjudgmental toward the self so that you may remain heart centered and nonjudgmental toward others. Use the self to practice loving kindness and compassion. Without blame or shame, teach the self to be gentle and kind toward the self while simultaneously asking the self to take full responsibility for the life you are in. There is a delicate balance where all is acceptable and all is acquiesced to as well, where you are both responsible and without fault for life’s unfolding adventure. Learn to accept and fully love the self in order to fully accept and love another.

Do not get discouraged but remain heart centered in all you think, do, and say. There is no need to despair for all is in the predicted unfolding, in the flow of natural events. Just as nature experiences cycles, a natural unfolding, so do the events taking place in the lives of all of you experience cycles of change. That’s what’s happening now. You are in a cycle of great change. Steady hearts will keep the equilibrium no matter the nature of events. Remain centered in a calm and loving heart.

Stand still and remain calm. Sometimes no action is necessary. In standing still things have a way of revealing themselves so that it becomes clear what must be done and how to go about it. In standing still one may hear the voice of the Great Mother speaking words of wisdom, giving insight that otherwise may not be heard or understood. Stand still every now and then, in steady heart centered calmness. Wait patiently, and see what happens. Something good is bound to happen. Remain calm, listen, act only according to that which is right.
