Ground yourself. Even as you seek connection with spirit, even as you seek to explore your dreaming body, stay connected to the earth. In-body you reside during this lifetime and it is in-body that your lessons are learned. Stay grounded and take command of your lessons so that your dream journeys may make sense as complements to your in-body experiences and then all parts, body and spirit, will be in synch, working to advance that which is most meaningful: YOU! Stay grounded so that you get it right this time around, and so that when your spirit soars it will know what its doing and why, lessons completed.

Stay heart centered, even as you must take steps that seem heartless. Even as you erect boundaries and establish new rules of conduct with self, and others, remain of tender heart, remain of loving heart, remain of softened heart, for the heart is the organ of mercy, the organ of love, the organ of justice, the organ of right action, the organ of truth. Let your heart grow stronger by using it more often. Let your heart become your go-to place of knowing, where you find your answers, for it is most naturally just that, a place of truth, knowing, and answers. Use it for all of this and your path will be clearer, your judgment sounder, your life easier, your love boundless, for that is all your heart wishes for you. Stay heart centered.

Thoughts can kill. Thoughts, as illusions, as ideas, can manifest physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually; killing, maiming, destroying. Spoken repeatedly, they become beliefs, hard facts, known truths. But what if they were wrong to begin with, untrue words that found a home in your mind and body, festering, making you sick, tired, believing yourself to be this or that, actually changing how you look on the outside and poisoning you on the inside? Wrong thoughts are dangerous! The only antidote? New thoughts!

Do psychic surgery. Excise old thoughts, illusions, ideas and let in some fresh new positive thoughts. Spoken repeatedly, these new positive thoughts can manifest as easily as the old once did. Trust the power of the human mind and spirit to heal itself in the power of thought. That is no illusion! You’ve already proven it to yourself in the power of negativity. Now prove it in the power of positivity. All things CAN change. Make every thought a healing thought and every breath a healing breath.

All things change, even you. Ah, life! It’s all about energy in constant motion. It can’t be stopped. Without regret, move forward with the changes that life brings you, the challenges you must face, but learn to let go of the past in a real way too. Otherwise it will remain attached to you in mental, emotional, and physical ways, handicapping you and keeping you stuck. Even your spirit must learn to let go of the old so that it can help you move forward. Fully remember, fully feel, and fully release from your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual self all that is no longer of use so that you may be fully available for that which awaits. Life wants you to be fully present to live it. Don’t you? There is nothing to fear. After all, it’s just your own life’s unfolding that you seek, that which your spirit seeks to join you in. And life is adventure and experience and moving on toward what comes next. Each day is new energetic life. Today is new life too. Opportunity awaits!
