Change occurs constantly, though there are times when change is necessary, when there is nothing left to do but create anew. Sometimes it’s just the only thing to do. At other times change is so incremental that it’s hardly noticeable. You know the difference and when action is necessary. If action is not taken when needed, it will be forced upon you. So, are you going to change willingly and with determination? Or are you going to get dragged into it? The choice is yours.

Stand firm in your conviction to change, to move forward in your life in an upward growth pattern and achieve a new level of success, whether it be mental, emotional, physical or spiritual. All success is beneficial to the whole if it’s in balance with the whole. Remain aware of how what goes up must eventually come down so that to go too far in one direction may have to be corrected with equal growth in another direction. Balance is key to lasting success. Find your balance each day in small ways so that your overall achievements keep you balanced, safe and happy.

A process of change is never straight but more like a winding mountain road with switchbacks, curves, and steep areas of incline and decline. And though it may seem as if progress is slow there are enough subtle shifts each day to warrant feelings of accomplishment. Better to stay positively focused than to fall into a trap of negativity and despair. Allow change itself to propel you onward each day, as you take a new step and make new plans for your forward journey. At day’s beginning rejoice at the opportunity to start off fresh and at day’s end rejoice in a well traveled day.
