When darkness comes, remember that it is always followed by light, just as night is followed by a new day. Keep this in mind as you fathom what is going on in the world you live in, as you ponder how best to respond and as you face your fears of global collapse and universal war. Keep also in mind that there is another side to everything. Just as there is light following dark, there is also that which you can see clearly in the light of day and that which you cannot see at all in the dark but you know exists nonetheless. Spirit reality exists simultaneously with human physical reality and both aspects are alive and well and working together. You may not always be aware of this, but your dreams show you how they communicate and how they interact, bringing you what you need to learn and face. Stay connected to this truth, that spirit and matter are two sides of one thing, your human self.

Sending you love,

There are so many stars in the sky, more stars than you can imagine, more stars than you could ever take in with a glance. Light upon the Earth blocks visibility. Even in the darkest areas on the planet, where billions of stars are visible, the human eye is incapable of seeing what is truly there. Allow your own eyes to take in as much of the wonders that abound on your planet as possible, knowing that there are even more that you cannot see. Keep in mind that this is the same as far as spiritual wonders are concerned as well, the unseen world that you sometimes encounter but then dismiss and doubt. There is so much more than meets the eye, so much more that is impossible to take in, but trust that it is there, and be assured that you will one day be ready to fathom it all.

Remember who you once were, a small child with big dreams, an innocent figure in the big world, wondering how you would ever be able to do the things you dreamed of. Perhaps you felt invincible and untouchable and those feelings propelled you forward into life. Or perhaps you felt weak and unworthy and those feelings followed you into life. Perhaps it took you only a short time to achieve your goals or perhaps it has taken you a long time to finally feel like you belong. Either way, you all started out from the same small place of childhood innocence and thus you all had equal opportunity to grow, whether you felt that at the time or not. Everyone born into the world is filled with hope and wonder and possibility. Circumstances that challenge are the things that make you really innerly strong. If your inner life is strong and resilient, so are you. Look to your strengths rather than your weaknesses. In gathering the truths of your abilities, be in amazement every day at how well you have done and how wonderful your life really is.

Sending you love,

Every day is a good day for thanks and gratitude, no matter what transpired the day before. No matter what you thought about someone, or said about someone, or someone said or thought about you, each new day is a good day for giving thanks, for expressing gratitude, for saying you love someone, for letting those closest to you know that you are there for them, no matter what is going on in their lives. Expressing your feelings in the right way helps you, and it helps others too. It’s up to you to decide what is the right way, for often the conventional reasons for helping, for giving thanks, for expressing gratitude and love just don’t fit. In your own circumstances, you decide. What is right?

It’s not too hard to imagine a better world ahead. It’s not too hard to think of peace to come, of hope in the air and in the hearts of the many who now suffer. Give them hope from your own heart. Send it through the air to them so that they may get a whiff of it and remember what hope feels like, what love feels like and what peace feels like too. Just a whiff is enough for the hearts of the sufferers to lighten for a moment, and remember.

Sending you love,
