As things change within you, notice how things begin to change outside of you as well. If you are in harmony with what is truly right, and calm within, then there will be calmness without. As you begin to more and more experience this harmonious calm, as you, for instance, walk into a room, you will notice that you bring that calm energy into the room with you. You then are able to perpetuate it within the whole room so that others too will begin to feel calm. The same goes for a happy mood, a benevolent mood, a compassionate mood. Notice how when you are in a bad mood people react differently toward you than when you are in a good mood. All of this noticing is a means of teaching yourself how your energy is affecting the world around you and how you really do have the power within yourself to make changes that are beneficial to yourself, and others. Give it a try and see what happens!

Personal issues will arise along with issues happening in the outer world, for what you are is reflected in what the world is as well. Thus, when the world is in pain, you may also be in pain, whether mental, physical, emotional or spiritual, for you are ALL interconnected. Every being in the universe shares the same energy vibration and when that vibration is off or faltering or in error, all of you feel it, some more than others. Investigate yourself daily as to the reason for your ill health, for your bad moods and for your contrary opinions. Align yourself with a new energy that is healing, harmonious and in alignment with the perfect vibration of Divine Order.

No one in the spirit world wants to intentionally disappoint you, but sometimes we do so for your own good. Sometimes, when you ask us for help, you get something unexpected that may not feel like help at all. Sometimes a hindrance is actually the help you need the most though, so don’t be angry when things don’t go your way or you feel that you are constantly being thrown curve balls when you expect a straight throw. Life, and those of us in the spirit world, only lovingly give you what you really need. Sometimes you just need a wakeup call.

As the world churns along on its endless path of destruction and reconstruction, as it takes its inevitable path toward change, do not lose sight of your own personal goal and your spirit’s intent. You may only retain a vague memory of that goal and that intent, but even so it is enough to keep you keenly attuned to the fact that life does have meaning and life does have purpose. As you grow each day, through your own personal process of inner work, you will discover more about yourself and your reason for being in the world at just this time. Each day, ask for help and guidance as you wake up and begin the day. Ask for harmony, health and prosperity and for all that is needed to make it a beautiful and balanced day. You won’t be disappointed if you consistently ask for help and guidance.

Without change nothing would happen in the world or in an individual life. Everyone is going to be challenged at some point in their life to make a big decision, to take a new path, to make a most meaningful choice. You are no different. What most meaningful choice can you make today? Be open to seeing and perceiving where spirit is leading you today. Be open and receptive and see what happens as the day progresses. You never know, but when you look back on how the day went, you may clearly see just how guided and nudged along a certain path you actually were. Some days it’s hard to see the path clearly, as it is being walked. It’s only in hindsight that it becomes clear.
