Your path of heart may not always be clear. Your mind may get in the way of  decision making and your connection to heart centered direction may blur. Learn to turn off the busy mind so that the quiet heart may speak. In quiet solitude find the peace within that will open a new gateway to communication on a new and deeper level. For when the mind gets busy with fear and worry the soft-spoken heart is hard to hear. When the mind dominates with its know-how and superiority, the rest of the self may cave to its commands, but there is so much else within the entirety of self that knows so much more than the mind can imagine. Learn to turn down the mind and tune up the knowing of the heart. In this manner change direction and find your path of heart once again.

Take each day calmly and with patience, asking the self to remain as committed to a new way of life each day forth as you are on this first day. Choose a path of heart, be optimistic for a change, view the world as a beautiful, loving and caring environment in which to live. Outside forces may cause uncalled for change but for inner change to take place the forces of the personality must be called into play, intent and discipline being the two most helpful. Intent may be as simple as a statement spoken once and yet with the force of a potent windstorm. Discipline must be enacted and given utmost attention, for that is the real harbinger of change, the ability to be consistent. When time itself suggests change, bring in intent and discipline to pave the way to a new path with heart. And then, see what happens!
