Life offers so many options, so many choices, so many decisions to make, but really there is only one path, a path with heart, the path where the heart leads, the path that feels so right that there is no doubt that it is the only path to take. Upon a path with heart, options, choices, and decisions are easily determined by asking the heart to guide, for the heart already knows its path with heart, every step of the way. And a warrior knows to trust it, for a warrior knows that a path with heart is the path of fulfillment, not just full of promise but promising, not just hopeful but full of hope, not just possible but full of possibilities that are aligned with every heart-centered step. Is your path a path with heart? Only the heart knows.

Intend the change so desired and with certainty act as if it has already occurred. In this manner ingrain in body and mind, in every action, the new you; the you long envisioned now alive and interactive. In every move you make, in every step you take, act as if you are the changed self. Pretty soon you’ll notice that the changed self, so longed for, has actually come to pass, been there all along, just waiting for you to invite it to participate in life. Now isn’t that magical?

Your real goal is wholeness and freedom, wholeness within yourself, all your fragmented parts brought safely home, and freedom from fear. Your fragmented selves are all the secrets you tell yourself, all the lies you uphold about yourself. And your fear rules you, keeping you safely ensconced in your secrets and lies. Accept your wholeness, all the parts of yourself you do not like, that you reject. And acquiesce to your fears; confront them, and in the process find your wholeness and your freedom. Only then will you truly know what it means to be all that you can be. Only then will you truly know what love is. And only then will you truly have achieved something, the real work of a lifetime.

It’s never too late to change. Sudden and abrupt change may produce a profound and startling effect, but even the smallest and most subtle of changes will produce, over time, a beneficial effect. It’s never too late to seek the benefits of new life, new love, new adventures, new focus, new activity. In both subtle and startling ways, change may be the most productive act a person can undertake, for without taking action nothing new would ever happen and life would not evolve. With change comes new life; that is certain.
