All things change, even you. Ah, life! It’s all about energy in constant motion. It can’t be stopped. Without regret, move forward with the changes that life brings you, the challenges you must face, but learn to let go of the past in a real way too. Otherwise it will remain attached to you in mental, emotional, and physical ways, handicapping you and keeping you stuck. Even your spirit must learn to let go of the old so that it can help you move forward. Fully remember, fully feel, and fully release from your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual self all that is no longer of use so that you may be fully available for that which awaits. Life wants you to be fully present to live it. Don’t you? There is nothing to fear. After all, it’s just your own life’s unfolding that you seek, that which your spirit seeks to join you in. And life is adventure and experience and moving on toward what comes next. Each day is new energetic life. Today is new life too. Opportunity awaits!

Hold onto your heart as your central mechanism for being, thinking, feeling, and knowing. Though your head may seek dominance, ask it to kindly bow out so that what lies in your heart may be more clearly heard. To be heart centered is to be in alignment with the truth and to be in alignment with the truth is the purpose of all of life. And the heart knows this purpose above all else. Let it reveal to you what it knows. Get heart centered once again.

Help is there when needed. Just ask. You will be heard. Ask with innocence and hope. Ask with love and earnestness. Ask with tenderness and openness. But most of all, ask because you really need help. Your guides and helpers are already on your case, but when you ask, your own connection opens and what you previously could not hear or interpret becomes more clearly available. So don’t be afraid to ask for help. It will come. Watch how it arrives in mysterious and succinct ways, how it shows up at just the right moment, how perfectly aligned it is with where you are and with what you truly need. Trust, in some form or another you will be helped.

Have patience as you move forward into new life. Have patience, even as you set your intent and align with your spirit. Have patience with the unfolding of things, for all things will unfold as they will. Though you are determined, there is no predicting what will happen to move you along. All things have a will of their own, just as you do. This includes your spirit, who is behind you, backing up your choices or redirecting you in new directions, so be sure to pause and ask, “Is this also your will? Am I getting it right?” And wait patiently for an answer. As sure as the sun rises every morning you will get an answer and no matter what it is, to your liking or not, abide by it. Assign patience to your journey and you will travel in good company, and your journey, though it may be long and winding, will indeed be fulfilling and your satisfaction will know no bounds.

Remember, you can always change your mind—if something turns out not to be in alignment with your soul, if something is not the path of heart you thought it was, if something breeds not contentment but only derisiveness and discontent. Remember, you have the power of choice, the power of dissent, the power of change within you. If life is not presenting you with loving kindness, create it. If life is not a bed of roses, plant some for yourself. If you are caught or stuck, grab a shovel and dig yourself free. You have the power of your own spirit’s intent within you. Get back into alignment with it and use it to power you onward. Do something positive for yourself today. With loving kindness of course!
