Empower yourself by making good decisions based on what is truly right for your soul. Ask your soul to guide you, to tell you what needs to be done so that you may be fulfilled in your lifetime. And what is fulfillment? It is the completion of your soul’s journey, bringing together all that you are in harmony and love. Without worry or fear, strive always to live your soul’s journey to the fullest, in a heart centered quest for completing all that needs completing. Your soul knows what all that means. Ask it to show you how to bring it fulfillment, and do so with loving kindness for all that you are. Without judgment, travel on.

Life is not a competition; it’s a journey. Life is not a race; it’s a walk along a special path. If you rush along you’ll miss some important things. If you slow down you’ll notice more, take in more, experience more. So slow down to the beat of your heart at peace, to the calm rhythm of your own slow and steady breathing. You can always do better, not against anyone else, but just as a human being on a journey beside other human beings on their own journeys.

Look inward now and slow down, even as you look outward, thinking you have to speed up, that you are missing something out there. You are not. The only thing you are missing is your quiet spirit within and what it is really saying to you, your connection to all it knows and wishes for you. Seek that, for that alone will bring you fulfillment. And the funny thing is, your spirit might indeed instruct you to go find something outside of you, something important you never imagined. It might be that doing better means getting outside of yourself and that nothing could be better than that at this time in your life. But let such directives come from within, from your own spirit, so that they will be right. Slow down and learn to listen to the quiet voice of spirit within.

No matter what occurs stay connected to spirit. This is your main responsibility as an evolving being, for how can you evolve without this connection? It is your fuel, your source of energy. It is your knowing and your loving. It is your past, your present, and your future. It is your everything, your life and force and that which connects you to the greater whole. Stay connected to knowing all this, no matter what occurs to pull you from your path of heart. Spirit first!

Moderation brings stability, stability brings peace. When all seems hopeless and impossible, turn inward and get into a new alignment that will set you upon a new path to moderation in all things. Find thus balance and calmness, knowing that all will be well when you are in charge, when you have mastered that which challenges and imposes upon you, that which circumnavigates the real issues and leaves you feeling dizzy and hopeless, spinning out of control while you watch life’s possibilities passing you by. Turn inward and grab ahold of yourself in a new way and with gentle modulation tell it like it is—be honest—and then decide a new plan of moderation in all things. Before you know it inner moderation will lead to a new inner stability and that new inner stability will lead to inner peace. Begin now and achieve stable peace now too.
