Awkward as it may be, there is no going back. Far better to admit than to fight it. Resistance is futile. Get in alignment with a new world, with a new way of living, being, and doing. Get in alignment with the fact that outer events are beyond your control. You have no say. But you do have say within yourself. You have the ability to face what you are really feeling, without hiding things from yourself. You have the ability to make decisions within yourself, even if you feel stifled outwardly. You have the ability to think and feel for yourself, to let your spirit be appropriately present in all you do. You have the opportunity, every day, to be positive, optimistic and helpful. You have the opportunity every day to be as fully responsible as possible within the limits of life. You are a powerhouse, no matter what comes to interrupt the flow of life.
