In true reality it is the other side of life and full of great knowledge, not the unknown at all but the source of all possibility, transparent and fully available to explore. In your dreams you may tap into its infinite possibilities, yet do you believe what you experience? Some day you will know. Until then, trust all that you are shown so that you learn the simple art of trusting your experiences, in sleeping and waking life.

It’s not easy to decide to set out on a new path, to become more fully yourself, to drop old habits and move into a flowing state of being at one with the universe, but it is more than possible. Ask for help and guidance, for the things you truly need, and if truly a path of heart and truly a path worth traveling your way will be accompanied by the best of companions, seen and unseen. After a few false starts, notice how easy it becomes, how many things fall into place, and how normal the new you begins to feel. Eventually, even that new you will be challenged to change, but for now stick to your intended path, and good luck!

Remember that you’ve done this all before, this life. You already know the outcome though it may not be in your conscious memory. At some point you will remember why and how to resolve all the issues that currently plague you. In the meantime, you do know that you have the strength to persevere, looking always for meaning and the next right step as you journey through life. Don’t stop seeking answers. They will come, slowly at first and then more clearly, as you travel your path with heart.

Stay attached to how far you have already come and not to how far is still to go. Your accomplishments deserve credit, as does your strong will to change and evolve the self. There is great dignity in paying attention to what has made you and what potential still lies unawakened within you. Let fear stand aside now. Take it off like an old winter coat, no longer needed in the warm sunshine, and allow yourself to launch now into the great and fantastic unknown. It is your destiny.

Track your energy, watching for signs that you are using it properly and most beneficently. When your energy perceives a positive benefit it will likely let you know in some way, such as a heart pounding affirmation or a happy sense of destiny or contentment. When your energy perceives that something is negative and will have unhealthy results, it will give you clear signs to steer clear. The thing is, will you notice, pay attention and follow the advice? Will you take the path that has meaning and heart? Show up in your own life more fully and pay attention. Those are two aspects in your favor as you learn to track your own energy responses to situations in life and make progress in the good. Show up. Pay attention.
