Stability comes from within and is manifested without when that strongly centered stability is allowed to form a life structure that is conducive to growth and evolution. Imagine the world without the structure of nature. In that case, Earth would be a planet devoid of life. Life is what brings structure. The art of living presents possibilities, choices and decisions that in turn produce the structures of a life. That which contains also allows for transformation. Look to constructing containers within your own life that will provide the perfect mix of tension and flexibility to allow you to continually transform. It’s what life is really all about, after all.

Maintain stability within and without, on all levels of self, spiritual, mental, physical and emotional. Establish a stable body and mind, as well as stability of your inner self so that no matter where you are or what you are doing you never lose a sense of balance. Stability within the self will naturally bring stability to every encounter, every challenge, every situation that arises. With stability comes a sense of having arrived. And when that sense of having arrived is well anchored then nothing will disturb you. As within, so without.

When change happens it is imperative that stability, so hard worked for, remain constant. Look inward for that stability, even as you look outwardly for it. Let it begin with you. Reflect from within that which you expect without. If you set the right tone, others will follow. Remain always upon your stable path of heart, no matter the changes that have come.

Remain calm and focused on the power of the Great Mother, she who rules the Universe, to guide and protect, to allow only what is necessary to unfold, who wishes only for love, peace, and goodness to fill the hearts of the many. Remain a being of love and light even as darkness may descend. Keep in mind that in the Universe of the Great Mother the light always returns; the sun will rise, the moon will shine, the good hearts will light the way. Whatever happens, keep a bigger picture in mind. Remain loving of heart, kind of word, and act with goodness toward one and all.

When the world is in chaos the individual has the power to stabilize, to hold steady and endure, no matter what transpires. One individual has the power to stabilize one life, and one life stabilized has the power to stabilize a second life, and so on. In this manner stability may turn chaos into order. Do not give up, but take control. Use your own energy, your own power, to stabilize your world, and in so doing effect the world around you. Each one of you is a force to be reckoned with. Use your power for the greater good.
