Take your mind off yourself for a moment and look around. What are you being shown today that will lead to knowledge and enlightenment? What are you being shown about yourself that will enhance your life experience if only you would notice and take advantage of it? Are you only seeing the negatives and missing all the positive signs you are constantly being gifted? Take your attention off your usual thoughts about yourself and look outward for a moment. Extend that moment to an hour, an hour freed of your usual self-condemnations. What do you begin to notice? When negative thoughts arise, refuse them. Look only outside of yourself at something beautiful, calm, and peaceful for a change and be freed of yourself for hours at a time. What do you experience inside yourself when you are freed of yourself? Something beautiful, calm, and peaceful too? You can change by changing your inner attitudes about yourself, but it’s up to you to prove it, one hour at a time.

Don’t let worry eat your energy or overtake your mind. Worry creates more worry and thus a whole cascade of symptoms manifest due to worry. And what is worry but a thought, a conjured idea, an aberration, an irritation, a thing best left untouched. For indeed, worry can poison, infect, and infest. When worry comes knocking, refuse it like the plague! If your mind needs something to think about give it something soothing and positive, give it nice stories and pleasant dreams, give it something good to mull over. As soon as you smell worry in the air, tell it to go away, and breathe in the soft calming air of positivity, good health, and sweet loving kindness. You can do nothing better for yourself. Refuse your worrisome mind with some good wholesome fun and good natured play. And remember, if worries are nothing more than conjured ideas, then there really is nothing to worry about! Worry less, have more energy.

In this week’s audio channeling we are all encouraged to turn our hearts, our minds, and our bodies toward the positive, and to remember that the only way we will evolve is by doing our own hard work of living our human lives. In a positive way, of course!

May we all have a peaceful and calm, heart-centered week!

Transcend the mundane by increasingly changing what you say to yourself. Notice your first words to yourself each morning. Are they negative? Begin anew. Speak new first words in a positive vein. Let positivity rule the mundane so that transcendence may happen and so that progress on a higher level of consciousness may take place. Become the catalyst to your own continued growth in the words you speak to yourself. Be loving in all you say, be open in all you imagine, be positive in all you yearn for. Transcend the mundane with intent. Shift into positivity and see what happens!

Soulbyte for Wednesday December 26, 2018

Remain quiet, contained, and centered within the self as the year winds down, as this phase concludes. As the old dies away and the new prepares for birth, consider your own process of ending and beginning. What within you is ending? What within you seeks life? What is it time to let go of? And what is it time to bring forth into life? Sit quietly and remember that the sun sets and rises again, that the moon has its phases, just as you do. Get quiet within. Stay connected to the truth of changing nature within and without and listen to your wise self who knows you better than anyone. With eagerness and anticipation focus on new life to come. Remain positive. Even in the darkest times the potential for light and the possibility of change are just around the darkest corner. Meditate on that. Meditate on the light.
