Find no fault within the self, nor outside the self, but do hold all responsible for that which transpires by asking that all uphold the qualities of goodness, kindness, and compassion so that all may thrive. It is only in upholding those certain qualities that there will truly be a loving quality that all may feel and partake in as well. What is best for one is best for all, and all includes everyone and everything upon the planet, human and otherwise. All for one and one for all!

Take care of your body, your vehicle through life. Watch what you put into it, not too much through the mouth, nor too much through the mind. The heart, though, is capable of overflow; it can take more love than you can imagine. It is capable of both giving and receiving in inordinate amounts, for the love of the heart comes from the ethereal realm. Neither human nor human bound, it flows endlessly in earthly realm and spirit realm alike. Do not doubt its power to heal and transform and its desire to do so, but it needs the vehicle of the human heart to extend its gifts far and wide upon the Earth. Love knows no bounds.

One individual is part of a greater collective, thus one person’s energy is part of a greater energy. What each person decides to do with their own energy is up to them, but whatever they decide effects the whole. If there is fear in one individual there is fear in the greater whole. If there is love in one individual there is love in the greater whole. It’s possible for one individual to effect the whole, so choose your energetic effect wisely. What you decide matters. Want to see a more loving world? Become more loving. It’s not that hard to do.
