Stay grounded and certain of your own abilities and those of the people closest to you. We advise, as always, that a heart-centered focus and purpose are the greatest ones to adopt. In times of great change, those who are level-headed and heart-centered survive with flying colors. Optimists never have any regrets.

Give thanks for the everyday gifts you are given, for the first glimpse of the rising sun, for the song of the birds, for the baby’s cry, for the earth beneath your feet and for the scent of autumn leaves in the air. Staying grounded in nature is one of the best healing medicines there is. Just walking barefoot in the grass or crunching over some fallen leaves will bring you back to your senses, literally and figuratively. Letting the sun fall upon your shoulders, feeling its warmth is a sure way to reconnect with the loving hand of Mother Nature and all her bounty. No matter where you live, if you look up at any time of day or night you can connect with nature in the heavens above, no matter what lies at your feet. Give thanks for the opportunity to witness and experience the glories of the natural world all around you.

Sending you love,

It’s been a week! Give yourself a pat on the back for getting through it, for staying grounded and focused, for staying heart-centered and balanced, in spite of the whirlwinds of change all around you. The Earth itself has a lot to say, a lot to teach, and a lot to offer for the future. Stay always connected to the Earth, as the Mother, the Teacher, the Wise One. She always has something new to teach. Find your personal connection to her, your special place upon her where you can allow your warrior self to take a step back and relax, where your mind grows calm and your body feels alive and healthy. Find your secret spot. And remember, if you can’t always be there in person you can be there in your mind. Envision your secret spot so thoroughly that you are there at any moment of any day when you most need to be there. Your secret spot can be a real place or a totally imagined place of peace and beauty of your own construction. Use your creativity to mold this secret spot in your mind’s eye. It is your sanctuary in the midst of whirlwinds. It is your secret healing spot for you alone to retreat to when needed. It is your own heart-centered creation. Whether it exists in reality or has been created by your heart’s desire, it is yours.

You live in complicated times but also in times of great possibility. Keep an open heart and look always for ways to ground yourself in your body, your vehicle of transportation during your lifetime. Find time to be in nature, which can be as simple as looking up at the clouds during the day or the dark sky at night. Spend time in greenery if you have it near you; notice what grows around you, what nurtures you in nature. Assign yourself each day to a grounding practice, perhaps walking and feeling the energy of the earth beneath you, which only wants your health and well being at all times. Pray for peace, health and prosperity for all beings as you ground yourself and walk your path of heart. Things are changing rapidly now. Keep up.

Stay grounded in truth, in what is real, in what is right, and in what is going to aid you on your path of growth. All beings are on a path of growth. That is the universal objective of life, to grow, evolve and become more than you were when you started. To grow and evolve entail learning kindness, compassion and love, what they mean personally and what they mean universally. Learning to be kind, compassionate and loving toward the self often precedes the ability to be kind, compassionate and loving towards others, but often it is the other way around. To be honest and truthful with yourself is a big step on the road to kindness, compassion and love. Stay in truth, and before long the other attributes of an evolving life will fall easily into place.
