Find your balance, your center in body, mind and spirit, that place where you feel calm, collected and stable, the place where your senses, thoughts and feelings are aligned and you feel at peace. From this centered and calm place look at your world, your personal circumstances first and foremost, and decide what needs to change, what needs to go and what needs to become important. From this calm and centered place, know that you have the power to do anything and that everything is possible. In every way, you are your own creator of your own world.

Center yourself so that you are in synch with nature, so that you feel and adjust to the rhythms of the day and the night, to the triumphs of the light and the depths of the dark, to the moods of the weather and the highlights of the natural flow of each day as it comes and goes. In synch with nature your own soul will become more known, your connection beyond body ego more direct and your place in the world more unified. It’s okay to step back from the chaos and just be.

Get centered and stay centered within the self, firmly anchored in knowing what is right and healthy for you to do. You don’t have to rush to take care of others, spending your time and energy unnecessarily, but instead wait to be approached, and then decide if it’s right and proper for you to aid another. Sometimes the best help is no help at all. Sometimes the only help you need give is to yourself, in withdrawing yourself from situations that are not good for you, that are energy draining and harmful in the long run. Choose whom you interact with wisely. To be loving, kind and compassionate is all well and good but not to your own detriment. There is a fine balance between giving and over giving. Get centered within the self and take measure of what you can truly afford to give. Then act only if truly appropriate. That is taking responsibility for the self and allowing others to do the same for themselves. Everyone wins that way.

Sending you love,
