Let the magic of calmness reign within, as natural as the air you breathe, as warmly curing as the golden sun, as fulfilling as a sip of pure water, as necessary as any food. Bring on the calm!

Strive to reconcile the difficulties within the self, the mind speak that captivates, directs, and discerns, that both discourages and encourages. All sides are part of life and yet life needs no sides, for in the flow of life all sides are equal and of equal importance. Find reconciliation in simply breathing in acceptance of all that is and breathing out all that is difficult. Let your breath remind you that you are human and spirit. Reconcile first with that and then see what happens. Just breathe.

Keep sacred the breath of life so that it may long nurture and sustain you. Use it wisely, to center and ground you but also in protest when necessary. Use it to calm and quiet you but also to rise up and conquer when it is time, for sometimes it is indeed right to be riled up and to take action. Sometimes sitting still is the best medicine and sometimes getting to your feet and doing something is the only cure. It is, however, a very fine line between the two, for balance is key to everything, and it is only long inner contemplation that will bring forth the right decision. How you choose to protest matters, so choose with care. How you sit and breathe, however, is very simple, just do it. Breathe, and as you do remember that life is in every breath and it is sacred. Choose wisely.

In times of stress learn to manage the energy within yourself. It may be the only control you have. When something outside of you cannot be changed, change what is going on inside of you. Change your stress levels by breathing into your heart, by calming your mind with your breath, but cooling your temper with your breath, by reminding yourself that eventually things will change. In times of stress find peace and guidance within yourself. You may not realize it, but you have more at your disposal than you think. There is a deeper you ready and willing to come to your aid, to participate in your life, to be what you need. The solution is not to be found in your head but in your heart. Breathe. Just breathe.
