Maintain your personal balance of mind, body, and spirit no matter what is going on in the world around you. Your own stability matters above all else, for if you are not stable and balanced in your own life, the world around you will dissolve into chaos. You are totally responsible for your own personal world, inside and out. You and your energetic balance do matter. Keep this in mind as you do your part to save the world. And that is not an exaggeration, for you, simply by being alive, have the potential to be part of the solution to save the planet. It’s your world and it’s your choice. Begin with yourself, within and without. Stay in balance and do your part. Save yourself, save the planet.

Soulbyte for Monday May 20, 2019

You know your demons so well, but what about your angels? Have you forgotten about them? What about your goodness? What about your loveliness? What about your helpers? Have you forgotten about all that? Your demons may rule, but your angels have their own powers and promises, and their own agendas. Pay more attention to your angels. While you have been busy playing with your demons, your angels have been waiting patiently for you to remember them. They are your other side; the light, the magic, the dreams inside you. While you so easily accept the gifts of your demons, you’ve missed all the gifts your angels have held out to you. Seek a little more balance between the two, because they are both actually equally necessary in human life. Not too much of either, but a good balance will keep you happy, healthy, holy, and wise. Seek moderation, even when it comes to your demons and your angels!

Soulbyte for Tuesday April 30, 2019

Seek resolution in self-regulation. For if each part of the whole takes responsibility for its own small part, the whole too will resolve its issues. Excess damages in the long run. Large waves pounding constantly upon the shore wear it away. Strong winds leave damage behind. Incessant thoughts in the human mind wreak havoc in worry and fear. In excess the human body suffers. Even depravity, denial, and control can be excessive, leading to imbalance. Not enough water leads to drought and dehydration. Not enough food leads to starvation. Self-regulation will lead to balance and balance will lead to stability, calmness, and peace of heart. Do your part so that the world too may find stability, calmness, and peace. Self-regulate in mind, body, and spirit. As within, so without. And do so in a kindly manner, for that too should be part of a new balance, loving kindness all around!

Soulbyte for Friday April 12, 2019

A warrior maintains balance in all ways, at all times, physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual, no matter the circumstances. To stay in balance is to constantly walk the razor’s edge, staying in the tension of each moment, neither pulled one way nor the other, neither too much nor too little but finding life’s thrills in each moment of holding to that razor’s edge. A warrior knows that to step off the razor’s edge thwarts the journey, slows progress. A warrior’s intent is to withstand all bombardments from all levels of life, conscious and unconscious, with sharp precision. A warrior holds to the razor’s edge knowing there is no greater purpose in life than the intent to maintain balance. A warrior does this, sharp as a razor, without judgment, maintaining a path with heart, a mind filled with compassion, and loving kindness for all, including the self who may occasionally slip. But a warrior always remembers the intent of the path with heart and immediately returns to the razor’s edge, for a warrior knows that it is there that a warrior is most alert, aware, and alive.

Soulbyte for Tuesday March 12, 2019

Maintain balance within and without. Neither too much nor too little. Neither excess nor restriction but a happy median where all is acceptable and allowed experience, in moderation. In balance one finds one’s center, the place of calmness and peace, the center of giving and receiving, the place of equanimity, where without need or desire all things are given life. Even when it’s time to party, party with exuberant moderation. Even when it’s time to give, give with generous moderation. Even when it’s time to mourn, mourn with soulful moderation, knowing that all things change, and that life itself calls for change if it is to evolve. Take the first steps to your own evolution by instigating the idea that moderation is the key to gaining balance. It’s up to you to take that first step that will soon lead to a balance of lively happiness and calm peacefulness, within and without. It all begins with you. Show the rest of the world how it’s done. As within, so without.
