Find centering in a word that means everything you need in order to stay upon your path of heart. Declare it loudly: Intent! Let the Universe hear you. In so doing set your heart free, your mind at ease, and trust that you will be heard. For indeed, you will. Intent!

Breathe. Relax your body. Relax your mind. Set your intent as you begin each day more firmly upon your warrior’s path of heart, the one you envision though it may not be your reality yet. Life offers so many options, so many choices, so many decisions to make, but really there is only one path, a path with heart, the path where the heart leads, the path that feels so right that there is no doubt that it is the only path to take. Upon a path with heart, options, choices, and decisions are easily determined by asking the heart to guide, for the heart already knows its path with heart, every step of the way. And a warrior knows to trust it, for a warrior knows that a path with heart is the path of fulfillment, not just full of promise but promising, not just hopeful but full of hope, not just possible but full of possibilities that are aligned with every heart-centered step. Intend the change so desired and with certainty act as if it has already occurred.
