A Soulbyte is a spark of the infinitesimal, a portion of the endless wisdom and the magic from which we all come, to which we all innately have access, and to which we will all one day return.

Our Daily Soulbytes are messages channeled from the energy of each day, from the dreams of the night, and from what the universe declares to be most important in the moment. They are usually posted before 7 AM every weekday.

We hope these Soulbytes offer helpful guidance, but we also encourage all of our readers to feel the energy of each day themselves and to make responsible choices and decisions.

Soulbyte for Wednesday March 22, 2107

Things are happening! This is the time of change you have been waiting for. Keep up with it. In your own way support it and supplement it with your own changes. Even incremental change matters. Just look around you at the way nature is changing every day, the hint of spring in the air, the buds that dare to form, the nesting birds, the return of that which was so deeply asleep waking up now. Wake up too, for these are the changing times. Plant a seed of change within the self and nurture it through all the phases of growth. That’s how to change, one small step at a time. And put some energy into it too! The whole universe is supporting you!

Soulbyte for Tuesday March 21, 2017

Stay contained within the self. No matter what happens outside of you, in your own world or in the greater world, maintain your own center. Chaos does not deserve your attention nor can it be controlled. The only control you can exert is within the self. Hold onto the certainty of the self as autonomous. Hold onto the certainty of the power of the self to bear any tension and be the calm eye in the center of the storm. Stay focused on your ultimate goal. And what is that? To evolve, of course! Remind yourself often that this is life’s true challenge, to evolve with awareness and to do it every day in some way!

Soulbyte for Monday March 20, 2017

Consolidate your energy, your life force. Save it and use it wisely for that which really matters. For have you ever thought about your own energy? How much you have and how much you need? How much gets used by others? Is it being used by others, perhaps against your will? When you feel drained and tired, look at where your energy has gone and decide if it was really worth it. Have you been giving too much away?

Consolidate your energy by pulling it back to yourself, cutting ties that are no longer necessary. And once that is done decide how you wish to use it. Like money in your pocket it has value and power. Save it. Choose wisely how you spend it and it will power you for as long as you need it. And then, unlike money, you can actually take it with you! Now that’s something worth saving!

Soulbyte for Friday March 17, 2017

Stay in the moment. It’s all that really matters, for what else is more important than the breath you are just now taking, sustaining life and giving your spirit the air it needs, keeping it alive within. Air to your spirit is life to you. So breathe away. Breathe consciously, aware that every breath counts. This is your first power, given to you at the moment of birth. In this moment give yourself the breath of life and then ask your spirit to show you what comes next. It might surprise you, for once it is woken up and knows you want connection in this new way anything is possible!

Soulbyte for Thursday March 16, 2017

Soul searching, the act of seeking connection in the world of reality, is often misdirected outwardly toward another being, but really it is the search for one’s own soul, the other part of the self that resides upon earth in the physical body. For you are a spiritual being residing in a human body, upon the earth for reasons that your spirit knows but your body has no idea of. Rediscover and merge with your own spirit and you will discover the deeper mysteries of the self, your own true benevolence within, and your true reasons for being. Though it may sound simple enough to do, it is often the work of a lifetime. Perhaps you will discover that the real reason for everything is soul searching indeed!
