Soulbyte for Tuesday July 11, 2017

Be responsible. Hold yourself accountable for your actions, but do not be so harsh and restrained that you do not relax and enjoy life. There is a time and a place for everything and sometimes it’s time to play, even with abandon. Sometimes it’s just time to relieve yourself of all the restrictions you place upon yourself, all the demands you make of yourself, all the ideas you have constellated about yourself. Sometimes life calls out to you and asks: “What are you holding onto so hard and why?” The time will come when life will ask you to be different, do different, accept different, to let go and live anew with a new attitude and a new state of mind. Are you ready? Is it time?

Soulbyte for Monday July 10, 2017

Tend to your body as much as you tend to your soul, for it is the temple that houses you, the residence of your being and your life upon the earth. Tend likewise, in equal measure, to your soul, for it is the bringer of life and knowledge, the basis of your being and your life upon that earth. In balance of these two find peace and contentment, as well as the vital connection that allows them to communicate with each other, keeping you attuned to all that you are, for it is the meshing of these two that you seek. Forget one and you might as well forget the other, for they are inseparable, friends for life! Get to know these two vital parts of yourself and work with them. It’s all you need to continue your journey through life in companionable company. Your full potential lies always within, in the two of you!

Soulbyte for Friday July 7, 2017

You will withstand the forces of time and turmoil in full awareness because you know that all things turn, as the seasons turn, as the day turns to night, as youth turns to old age. There is wisdom to be gathered, knowledge to acquire, experiences to be had no matter the circumstances. All things and all times have value. Harbor not fear and resentment but only the seeds of love and compassion for self and others as these times slowly turn, as new light brings new life. Such is nature, always changing, always making new plans for what comes next. Remember, you can always dream a new dream!

Soulbyte for Thursday July 6, 2017

Remain open and let love find its way. Though it may seem at times that love is lost, eventually it returns and fills all the places that are empty, for it is as natural as the air you breathe, as fluid as the waters of the oceans, rivers, and streams, as swift as the wind seeking open spaces, open hearts, open minds, seeking always you. Let love in.

Chuck’s Place: What Can I Do?

Like all animals, humans sense the danger of our time. The collective diagnosis for our species at this moment in time is Acute Stress Disorder. Regardless of how relaxed our persona may appear, just beneath the surface lies a hair-trigger anticipatory fear. The world is indeed an extremely unstable place right now.

What power do we have?

  1. See the self as a hologram of the entire world. Balancing the self contributes to balancing the whole world.
  2. Accept that humans had to dream the dream we are living in right now. All options had to be tested. The current hypothesis: Can we really destroy ourselves? Answer the question individually. If you come to the conclusion that yes, it’s possible, but that Russian Roulette is of no interest to you, move on to a heart-centered vision instead.
  3. Accept that everyone and everything you hate are you at some level. Find the hated in the self and love it. Thank the hated tyrants for illuminating the inner ones.
  4. Thoughts have power. Thoughts are in the air we breathe. Think truthful, loving thoughts. Send them to the world in warm exhalation.
  5. Embrace life. Our time in human form is limited. Keep the focus on the magic. Restore the innocence of childhood to the threatened adult self; it’s the only way to truly live.
  6. Be in the Tao. Be with what is in detached calm. You know how to ride the vibration of change. Everyone rode that vibration into this life and will ride it again on the exit. No matter what happens consciousness can observe and flow into new life. Ask body and spirit to get calmer and walk beside the river of life together, knowing that you can handle everything that comes—even the shocks—by moving deeper into calm acquiescence to the flow of change. Trust the Tao.

Peace and Love,

Chuck
