Maintain a calm center even in the midst of chaos, for it is always appropriate to act from a place of calmness rather than fear, from a heart that is still and knowing rather than from a heart that is stirred by outside influences to act impetuously and without spiritual counsel. Give your heart the time it needs to calm down, and then give it time to stir up the love it naturally feels. From a place of love, right action and right decision will arise that is in alignment with a good spirit rising, within and without, turning chaos into loving kindness and compassion, the true intent of the calm and loving heart within you all.

Find no fault within the self, nor outside the self, but do hold all responsible for that which transpires by asking that all uphold the qualities of goodness, kindness, and compassion so that all may thrive. It is only in upholding those certain qualities that there will truly be a loving quality that all may feel and partake in as well. What is best for one is best for all, and all includes everyone and everything upon the planet, human and otherwise. All for one and one for all!

Real healing comes only from within, in the healing of the self, in reconciling with fear, loss, regret, in resolving feelings of neglect, abandonment, and the pain that all beings suffer on the journey through life. Real healing comes when one realizes that they are as responsible as the next person for finding the solution to happiness within and without, for self and other, for the good of the self and the good of all. Seek healing within the self so that all may heal, in body and spirit, so that all may experience happiness in their life, love in their hearts, and peace on earth.

Stand your ground. Find your firmness within and without, and with patience stand in your knowing of what is right for all. The time has come when there is no return to what once was, for it was not conducive to peace and harmony. There is only time to take things to a new level, to dream a new dream of equality, sharing, respect and mutual responsibility for that new dream. Not just a dream but a dream reality is needed, that which is right, doable, and sustainable, a dream based on loving kindness and compassion as its basic tenets and foundation. Time to really change things up for the good of all. Begin within, square with the truth of what’s truly right there, and then work without, for each person must make the change within themselves in order for a new dream of real change to take place. As within, so without.

Without judgment seek equanimity and balance, even as you encounter those who seek none of these heart-centered attitudes but only their own desires. Be accountable in everything you do so that one more heart-centered being joins the forces of good. Be kind.
