Just as the sun sets so does it always rise again. Just as the darkness comes each night so does the light of a new day come too. When the time is right the darkness gives way to the light, and so shall it be during times of great change and upheaval upon the earth. Until that time, keep your heart primed with love and hope, with the certainty that goodness and kindness will reign, that justice and peace will prevail. The heart is strong and determined that love will find the way through every storm and bring about the answer, for love knows what the world needs now, and so do you. May love prevail.

Stay connected to the goodness within you no matter what transpires without. Kindness never grows old or useless, compassion knows no bounds, and love is always ready and willing. Though others may choose a more destructive path, walk behind them with loving kindness and compassion and clean up the mess they leave behind without making a sound. For goodness does not have to speak; its voice is in action, in the right things being done so that all may prosper and live a good and peaceful life. Let love guide the way so that all hearts may join in the true path of change, the loving path of kindness.

Let not your old habits control you as you enter a new phase of life. Leave them behind like an old coat that no longer fits the new you. For when there is a time of change it is wise to change completely, to let go of that which no longer serves and take up that which will enhance the new journey and the new self. Let go of the old so that there is room for the new. Fully embrace your changing self, inside and outside, by looking only forward now, with love in your heart, with kindness on your tongue, and with compassion in every touch, for self and other. And remember, change is good.

Turn toward the light of love as the true path of heart that all are now meant to traverse, for it is the only path to personal and universal salvation. Things are changing more rapidly than you suspect. It truly is time to get in alignment with a new paradigm that takes precedent over the old ways, especially as regards the oppressed, those left behind to fend for themselves, to scramble alone. Time to bring them forward, to lift them up and let them shine in the light of love, hope, and equality. Time to make matters of the heart matter for all. Those who are oppressed are the most important among you now, for they are showing you the true path of heart, now so important and necessary. Love for one, love for all.

Whether to choose the sword or to choose the path of love may be the biggest decision one can make at this time in human history. Each brings results, one with bloodshed and one with compassion.
