Will you discover who you truly are and what you are capable of in this lifetime? Will you follow your dreams this time around? Will you allow your spirit to fully live through you, so that you may know this ethereal self? It’s up to you. Individuation is the unfolding journey that leads to the discovery of all that you are, your fuller potential unleashed, so that no part is left behind or unlived. Life, it’s quite a wonderful journey, especially when all of you gets to live it!

In mind and body seek always a higher state of consciousness so that the chaos will not effect you, so that your state of inner affairs remains calm and your mind clear. In balance, that which is outside of you will not become all that is and the calmness inside you will be the main tone of your world, as within so without. Strive for harmony by remaining heart centered and loving in all you do and all will be well.

True balance requires a constant giving and receiving, taking in and transforming what is taken in into dynamic energy. At first, what is taken in will be used by the self for energy and what is given will be practical, but eventually what is taken in should be love and what is given should be love. When one is in perfect harmonious balance this is what is in constant flow, within and without, the energy of love.

When something overwhelms do not immediately feel sorry for the self or get caught off guard but ask the most important question: What does this mean? Everything is meaningful. Find the meaning in everything so that you may advance along your path, so that you may move one more step in the direction of clarity and enlightenment, so that you may begin to figure out why you exist in the life you are in. The true purpose of life is to grow and serve others in a loving way. Find the path that will lead you to your personal unfolding of this universal mission of love. Or perhaps you are already living it and just need to refine it. Live with awe, gratitude, and an open heart and all will be well.
