As far as the world’s efforts to calm things down go, we, on this side of the curtain that separates us, find that there is too much focus on differences rather than on what everyone shares. Differences, when pointed out as problems, do not advance any cause, but when differences are pointed out as diversity, offering many unique solutions for the many, then problems should soon resolve. The more ideas and the more perspectives that are taken into account, in any situation, the greater grow the opportunities. There is always a give and take in any resolution but that give and take must occur under the auspices of love, kindness and compassion for all beings if resolution is to be acceptable to the many.

In longing for change you give change a chance. Keep your longing focused on the positive, with the needs of the many uppermost in your mind, even as you long for personal change.
