Watch the words you use to describe yourself so that you don’t constantly reinforce negative ideas. Visualize and speak of yourself in positive terms and watch the transformation that you so long for take place. Words matter, for they define, describe and structure who you are. If you are in need of change, start with your words, the words you use in your head and your heart to describe yourself to yourself. Everything begins and evolves from words. They are magic!

Your wholeness awaits. As you pull from within yourself that which holds you back from life and expose it to the light with the intention of learning about yourself and why you do the things you do, or don’t do, know that the process of self-exposure and self-examination has the potential to set you free. It is not selfish to want to know yourself more fully but the utmost unselfish thing you can do. For it will free your energy from its tangled web of fear, worry, envy, jealously, sadness and anger so that you may be free to fully engage in the heart-centered practices of loving kindness and compassion at last.

Stand by your idea to enact change in your life that is meaningful and fulfilling, change that is lasting and for your greater good. If you change yourself the whole world will benefit. For if your energy is stuck and stagnant so is the energy around you. But if your energy is released from stagnation in a positive way, it will flow with ease and the energy around you will too, thus allowing for better flow of energy overall. Hold yourself to a high standard. And with the intention of releasing energy that is stuck within you, release yourself, purposefully, into the greater flow of life and all that it has to offer. Take advantage of what is available to aid you in your growth process. After all, you are responsible for your decisions and choices in life, as well as how you choose to use your energy, within and without.
