When change comes rushing at you without forewarning, go inward and ask the self how you got in alignment with such change. How did you meet it? How did you prepare for it? For the truth is, no event is unplanned, for everything is always a possibility. What you decide to do next is also a possibility, another choice. Who has not had to make hard choices in life? Sometimes a path is chosen, other times a path is thrown down in front of you, but always you have a choice, even if it is only what attitude to take. Let your heart be the deciding factor, for your heart knows more than you do.

Your path of heart may not always be clear. Your mind may get in the way of  decision making and your connection to heart centered direction may blur. Learn to turn off the busy mind so that the quiet heart may speak. In quiet solitude find the peace within that will open a new gateway to communication on a new and deeper level. For when the mind gets busy with fear and worry the soft-spoken heart is hard to hear. When the mind dominates with its know-how and superiority, the rest of the self may cave to its commands, but there is so much else within the entirety of self that knows so much more than the mind can imagine. Learn to turn down the mind and tune up the knowing of the heart. In this manner change direction and find your path of heart once again.

Remain committed to a path with heart. When enough people gather together in spirit for a common cause, whether for an individual, a nation, or a world, a positive outcome is more likely. When the right path with heart, in alignment with the greater intent of the Great Mother is embarked upon the result will be in alignment with a higher purpose, that which will bring about the change that is truly needed and will set the stage for true evolution. Do not give up hope for a more beautiful and loving world. Remain loving and heart centered yourself.
