Don’t give up on yourself. Keep going in the direction you have chosen. Stay on the path that will bring you the best results, the deepest satisfaction and a meeting with who you truly  are. A journey to wholeness will of course be fraught with challenges; they are part of the journey and necessary bumps in the road. A commitment to change the self is one of the greatest undertakings of a lifetime and well worth the effort. Plan on a day of reassertion, reaffirmation and resetting of purpose and intent. A path of heart is the only path worth traveling.

With inner balance and alignment of Self on all levels of consciousness, mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual, the greatest changes are possible. With a determined mental attitude in alignment with physical body prowess, combined with a calm emotional state that is rooted in spiritual knowing and determination, anything is possible. Look to gain momentum by getting in alignment in this manner to further and to enhance any process of change already begun. You will know you are in balance by how exquisitely you feel, on all levels.

Pay attention to that which comes to guide and protect you. Do your part to make your life whole and pleasant, fulfilling and meaningful, remaining aware that you are responsible at all times, every day, for how things unfold. But don’t forget that you also have helpers and guides, and your own High Self, all of whom wish you only the best.

Don’t give up on yourself or your long held dreams. Don’t give up on your true potential or your ultimate Self, the being you know yourself to be. Follow the thread of that Self as it shows you each day the path that has heart, that has meaning and that is your true destiny. Your life offers more than you now know or experience. Even the richest, most productive of lives has more to offer. Stay connected to your heart and its greatest desire that you live to fulfillment in all ways possible. In this lifetime that is your destiny and your heart’s greatest intention as well.

Change is constant in Nature, which presents an eternal flow of energy; a chaos of sorts that engages, evolves, both creating and destroying as it churns onwards. So is it with the human body and all its components; it too is in constant flux. Nothing is really stable, though control of the emotions can produce the feeling of calmness that is so desired. Calmness brings a sense of control over chaos and thus it is wise to seek calmness. Even while knowing that change is constant and that chaos ensures, the calm mind can handle anything and be at peace. In the midst of chaos what better state to be in! Seek the still point of calmness and ride out the chaos with a sense of balance and harmony, within and without.
