The trick is to recognize the blatant gift and exercise it with caution rather than get sidelined with anger and powerlessness.

The evolutionary function:
The trickster doesn’t aim at evolution—it simply causes it by making the old game unplayable. You can’t go back to consensus reality after the trickster has shown you it’s constructed. You can’t unsee what’s been revealed.

The gift is the forced awakening. The danger is mistaking anger at the method for powerlessness in response. Anger feeds the trickster’s energy. It keeps you locked in opposition.
The actual work:
Recognize the disruption as necessary. Don’t fight it. Use the opening it creates. While the old structures are breaking, imagine the new template into being. That’s when imagination has maximum leverage.
The trickster clears the field. Your job is to imagine what grows there next.

The divine waiting on human imagination to decide what comes next. That’s the actual state we’re in.
