A Soulbyte is a spark of the infinitesimal, a portion of the endless wisdom and the magic from which we all come, to which we all innately have access, and to which we will all one day return.

Our Daily Soulbytes are messages channeled from the energy of each day, from the dreams of the night, and from what the universe declares to be most important in the moment. They are usually posted before 7 AM every weekday.

We hope these Soulbytes offer helpful guidance, but we also encourage all of our readers to feel the energy of each day themselves and to make responsible choices and decisions.

Soulbyte for Wednesday May 15, 2019

Find your center, your stable self within yourself, and know that you are enough, that you have within you all that you need to sustain you. Hold yourself accountable, be responsible, but also remain free and open. Without judgment, let your center self guide you to what to do next, to what you need in order to fulfill your life, your Soul’s dream of you. Don’t be afraid of what you learn about yourself, and don’t be afraid of what comes next either. Don’t be afraid of going for your dream of you. Get ready for your spirit to guide you. Remain positive and centered. Life is only just beginning. Every day ends and a new one begins, full of new possibilities. What will today bring? Stay positive.

Soulbyte for Tuesday May 14, 2019

Keep love in your heart. Though you may easily wish to hate, do not let hate become your mantra, for it will have no good result. Hate will only fester and fume, spoil and rot, bring only calamity and disaster. But love? Love fosters kindness and compassion. Love brings light and beauty, positivity, dignity, healing, and possibility. Where hate fails, love wins. Foster love in all you do and you will live to see the results of your efforts. Love’s feedback is immediate. Try it today. Give a little love.

Soulbyte For Monday May 13, 2019

Pay attention to your body. It tells you what it knows, what it needs, and what it does not like. The human mind tends to override the body, but the body knows all. The body has its own innate intelligence, far more inclusive and knowledgeable than that of the human mind. Refer to your body over your mind, for it will give you the truth when your mind will try to fool you. You might blame your body for things your mind instigates, but think twice before condemning it. Your mind is the real trickster; your body only a willing accomplice. Give your body its due; pay attention to it, give it some quiet time, and take care of it. You’ll be glad you do, for your body is your true home upon the Earth—the residence of your Soul.

Soulbyte for Friday May 10, 2019

Make a plan and stick to it. It’s called discipline, and it’s the only way to really enact the change you so desire, the change you know is so badly needed in your life. Rampant entitlement solves no problems, it only creates more. It is only in curtailing entitlement and in unseating deeply embedded ideas, that you deserve something and are special, that change for the better will begin to take root. Enact change with discipline because it is the right thing to do. Begin with the self, but realize that if you change it will begin to effect everyone around you too. And don’t you want to make an impact in the world around you? Make a plan that will change you, the thing you know most needs to change about yourself right now. It all begins with you. No one else can do it for you. Make a plan and take the first step. And remember, you CAN do it!

Soulbyte for Thursday May 9, 2019

Reduce stress. It is your enemy and not your friend. Reject it. Stress is at the root of all disturbances, physical, mental, and emotional; illness is compounded by stress, even spiritual disturbances are complicated by stress. Get yourself stress free. Use the practice of detachment to avoid stress; leave it outside of you. Use practices of self-regulation, including breathing, deep relaxation, exercise, and meditation. Find ways to avoid stress that are healthy and nurturing rather than destructive and habit forming. If you are going to form a habit to combat stress, make it one that is truly good for you. With so many stressful situations in the world you live in, remind yourself at times of stress to regulate your body’s response mechanisms, to get calm, to just breathe, to relax. Remember that stress is a reaction and not a cure, so let it go, just let it go. It can really hurt you, but you have the perfect cure within you and within your own control: self-regulate, and just breathe. Your body will be grateful, your mind will be calm, and your spirit will be at peace.
