A Soulbyte is a spark of the infinitesimal, a portion of the endless wisdom and the magic from which we all come, to which we all innately have access, and to which we will all one day return.
Our Daily Soulbytes are messages channeled from the energy of each day, from the dreams of the night, and from what the universe declares to be most important in the moment. They are usually posted before 7 AM every weekday.
We hope these Soulbytes offer helpful guidance, but we also encourage all of our readers to feel the energy of each day themselves and to make responsible choices and decisions.
In the light of a new day, reassess. Take stock of what has value, what is right to keep and what is time to let go off. In the light of a new day, realign with that which is most important and make headway in a new direction. For that which has been, be grateful. For that which is to come, be open. In the light of a new day, move on with love in your heart and peace of mind, knowing that today is the new day you have been yearning for.

When things need to change it’s easy to blame someone else, but there is no need to blame anyone. Accept that everything is as it should be, that however things have turned out is just the unfolding journey of your life. Listen always to the heart, for the heart knows more than the head. The head will try to take over, assert its rationality, but keep open the communication with the heart, in spite of all the rationality in the world, for the heart is the great communicator. It holds the world, far and wide, in its knowledge, connecting all that is and bringing it home to you, the knowledge you need in order to make the choices that are most important and spiritually serving. For the heart serves the spirit, and the spirit is what counts.

When change comes rushing at you without forewarning, go inward and ask the self how you got in alignment with such change. How did you meet it? How did you prepare for it? The New Year of Intent has barely begun. Remember your healing intent and stay upon its steady path of change.
