Our Messages from Jeanne category began as a platform to bring our channeled messages to a wider audience. The earliest messages were written missives, so if you go back in the files you will find hundreds of written messages. Later we went to an audio format so more recent messages are spoken. To search by theme or special interest, use the search button in the navigation bar. Our hopes are that all of the messages, no matter the format, offer helpful guidance in navigating the waters of life.

This week’s audio channeling offers us insight into what it means to be in balance, within and without, in a healthy way. We may learn by our mistakes, but our bodies and our hearts know what being in balance and in alignment mean. Have a listen and see if the message resonates. In any case, have a great week!
In today’s audio channeling we are all encouraged to dream a new dream, to take our lives forward in a new and good way, because that’s what we’re supposed to be doing, always. Dream on everyone! May your journey be buoyant and joyous!
Good advice for us all in this week’s channeled message as divisive energy continues to ramp up. Find time for sitting in calmness and do your part to still the rise in violence, as within so without.
Take charge of your own world… -Photo by Jan Ketchel
Sometimes we feel as if we are not at all in charge of what is happening in our lives, but as today’s Soulbyte and as this channeled message stress we are totally in charge in choosing our attitude, in choosing to be aware, in choosing to be compassionate, and in choosing to live our lives fully present in each moment. That is being in charge. Take a listen to this channeling and see if you find there is some way to take charge in your own life too. One small step at a time. Sometimes it’s all we have.
This week’s channeling invites us all to be fully present with the truth, with what is fact, with the truth of where we are right now. In fully knowing and holding onto that truth we can begin to move again. Sometimes just sitting still is the best medicine.
