Our hopes are that all of the messages, no matter the format, offer helpful guidance in navigating the waters of life.
In our audio channeling this week, we are advised to get into good alignment with what our bodies need, our vehicles through life. We seek spiritual experiences and in the process sometimes forget that we are physical human beings too. Don’t forget to take care of the body.

Greetings! Today’s audio channeling invites us all to become part of the great healing. We have asked for help and help is on the way. Now it’s up to us to contribute our own energy to the great intent to heal ourselves and our planet. With loving kindness, of course!
In our audio message this morning we are prompted to take advantage of these changing times for making some needed changes within ourselves. We all already know what that means, personally. The outer chaos points us inward toward correcting or shifting ourselves in a new and positive direction. It’s the only way to change the world, to first change the self.
