Maintain balance within the self no matter what is going on in the world around you. Though you may wish for things to be different, the only thing you have control over is yourself and how you act and react, so keep an even temper, a strong heart, and a calm mind. The world will get right as you get right and eventually all will be as one. Until then, do your part to maintain calmness, sobriety, and kindness all around. It’s the least you can do and it doesn’t cost a thing!
